At any time you can turn off the messages by texting 'inactive' back to us. Or you can log in to your account and set your status to 'inactive.' And - whenever you want - we’re more than happy to offer you a downloadable version of your journal.
We will never, ever share your personal information with anyone else, no matter how many times they try to bribe us with chocolate chip cookies. (But we encourage them to keep trying.)
